The University of Scranton Royals compete as members of the Landmark Conference in NCAA Division III basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Scranton, formerly "Saint Thomas College", is a private Catholic (Jesuit) institution located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
