The Saint John's University Red Storm compete as members of the Big East Conference in NCAA Division I basketball. The school has not sponsored football since 2002. Saint John's is a private Catholic (Vincentian) institution located in the New York City borough of Queens. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 15,000.
