The Louisiana State University Tigers compete as members of the Southeastern Conference in NCAA Division I FBS football and in NCAA Division I basketball. Louisiana State is a public land-grant institution located in the capital city of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, about 90 minutes northwest of New Orleans. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 28,000.
