The Pacific Lutheran University Lutes compete as members of the Northwest Conference in NCAA Division III football and basketball. Pacific Lutheran is a private Lutheran institution located in the Tacoma suburb of Parkland, Washington, about a half-hour southwest of Seattle. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
