The Lou Henson Award is a men's college basketball award given each year to the most outstanding player in the nation who plays for a mid-major team. (Specifically, players from the Atlantic Coast Conference, Atlantic 10 Conference, Big East Conference, Big Ten Conference, Big 12 Conference, Conference USA, Mountain West Conference, Pacific-12 Conference, Southeastern Conference, and Western Athletic Conference are not eligible.) The award is presented by CollegeInsider.com.
