The Northern New Mexico College Eagles compete as independents in NAIA Division II basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Northern New Mexico is a public institution located in Española, New Mexico, about 90 minutes north of Albuquerque. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000.
