The California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, generally referred to as Cal Poly-Pomona or CPP, Broncos compete as members of the California Collegiate Athletic Association in NCAA Division II basketball. The school has not sponsored football since 1983. Cal Poly-Pomona is a public institution located in the Los Angeles suburb of Pomona, California. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 17,000.
