The Rhode Island College Anchormen compete as members of the Little East Conference in NCAA Division III basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Rhode Island College (not to be confused with the University of Rhode Island) is a public institution located in the capital city of Providence, Rhode Island. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 9,000.
