The Daemen College Wildcats compete as members of the American Mideast Conference (1949-2012) in NAIA Division I basketball. Daemen is a private non-sectarian institution located in Amherst, New York, a northeastern suburb of Buffalo. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000.
