The John Brown University Golden Eagles compete as members of the Sooner Athletic Conference in NAIA Division I basketball. The school does not sponsor football. John Brown is a private non-denominational Christian institution located in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, about 90 minutes west of Tulsa, Oklahoma. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 2,000.
