The LogoDX template takes in seven variables.  The first is automatic; it extracts the pagename and attaches the matching .png file.  Second is location - City, State - of the university.  Third is the Division the school is a member of; since you wouldn't be using this template if the school had football, your options are "I", "II", or "III".  Fourth is the men's basketball conference, and fifth is the basketball arena; six and seven are the same as four and five, only for the women.
