Adds [[category:Former NCAA Division I Conferences]] and [[category:Former NCAA Division I FBS Conferences]] (the latter of which should never appear without the former, as all Former NCAA Division I FBS Conferences were NCAA Division I Conferences) to a conference page. For Division I FBS conferences which have folded or downgraded beyond Division I-AA/FCS; for conferences which remain Division I but downgraded from I-A/FBS to I-AA/FCS, use {{21AA}}.
