The Seattle University Redhawks compete as members of the Western Athletic Conference in NCAA Division I basketball. The school does not sponsor football. Seattle is a private Catholic (Jesuit) institution located in the First Hill neighborhood of Seattle, Washington. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 4,000.
