The Marquette University Warriors compete as members of the Big East Conference in NCAA Division I basketball. The school has not sponsored football since 1960. Marquette is a private Catholic (Jesuit) institution located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The school has an undergraduate enrollment of around 8,000.
